Post Body

So.. I have lupus and I'm on plaquenil... I like to work out and usually keep it pretty light, nothing too intense or else im paying for it with fatigue the next day.

I've been fairly active for the past year but recently started getting some pins and needles in my extremities when I do so much as a plank or on my feet too long

Started rowing a couple months ago too. Again. 20 minutes tops, but can get pretty sweaty if I'm going hard enough to get 2-3k...so maybe I need to stick with slow and steady.

Also think I should stick to body weight/calisthenics only for a while? Not that I was ever really lifting heavy.

Or maybe what I'm doing is fine and I'm just flaring...?
