frustrations with gi issues
Post Body

Things havn't quite felt right for...months (off and on). ... and idk what related to the lupus/meds and whats not, though I'm not sure it really matters. I think the rheum suspects theres pots too but its not diagnosed

Finally getting to the point where I feel like I can eat a good, normal amount (like 1400-1800 calories)... but then yesterday I was napping all afternoon and by 6 or so felt a bit shaky - drank some water, had a protein shake and blueberries, did the dishes... and by 730 or so I had thrown up. So I spend the rest of the evening just trying to get more fluids in and nibble on a kind bar... went to bed early...

there are mornings where that type of thing happens too - i try to just get fluid and such for a bit until i feel well enough to eat, otherwise I for sure get sick...suppose thats what i shouldve done last night. I've been making sure i have a bed time snack and water/gatorade by my bed, seems to help prevent it but...

its like - every time this happens I get set back to recover for a few days....

i know it could be meds, or pots, or low blood sugar or those things causing low blood sugar, or something else altogether (endo, gerd....) but the meds aren't exactly new, the vomitting etc is. so whats changed...

its so frustrating, makes it really hard to pretend i'm healthy.
