Waking up drenched in sweat every night
Post Body

does anyone else have this problem? it happens to me every single night, my clothes and bed sheets are soaking wet when I wake up. it first started happening when I got off prednisone a year ago. I've been back on it now for 3 months (20 mg). My rheum keeps telling me to watch it and it'll eventually go away. I also get heat flashes and sweating spells during the day. I'm just a mega sweaty person now. 🤦‍♀️

thanks so much for any input!

I started buying athletic clothes for pajamas to see if it would help my body breath more. it doesnt really make a difference, but it absorbs the sweat better than other materials.

that's exactly what is happening to me!

my rheum told me prednisone replaces your adrenal glands when you're on high doses for a long time, and it takes time to go back to normal.
