hair loss is subsiding!
Post Body

so I just wanted to post this for anyone who is going through hair loss <3 I went through like 6 straight months of just so much hair loss. I'm on methotrexate, plaquenil, metoprolol, and sertraline, and then some as needed meds. I've been using shea butter after I wash my hair and do daily scalp massages (about 10 mins/three songs or a good part of an episode of anything I'm watching) right before I go to bed, and try to put my hair in braids afterwards and sleep in those. I also take biotin daily. you guys! my hair has started to get so thick! hope this helps someone!

yeah. I get mine from target, in the shampoo/conditioner aisle. I have shoulder length hair and use like a quarter size dollop when I get out of the shower. the jar lasts a long time and it makes your hair suuuuper soft too!
