Any brain fog relief suggestions

I'm in my second semester back in college after a 4 year hiatus after my first big flare. I'm struggling so much to stay focused and to stay awake (today is really bad). I've increased my activity levels and workout for about a half hour a day when I can.. I'm eating healthier and no gluten, I stay out of my bedroom until it's time for bed, and I drink tea instead of coffee; these are all the suggestions my rheumatologist told me last year, and it hasn't helped much at all. All my doctors just skip over brain fog symptoms since there isnt anything they can do or give me to clear it up and it is my worst symptom by far. TIA and soft hugs to you all.
