pain relief that isnt NSAIDs or opioids.
Post Body

I do smoke when I have to, but I micro dose so I dont built a tolerance so I dont have to buy big amounts. my liver levels are suuuper high because of methotrexate and continuous use of various prescribed NSAIDs, so its recommended that I dont take them until my levels go back to normal. I'm not about that opioid life. since I'm not on methotrexate anymore (which helped 100% until it spiked my liver) plus the notorious Minnesota winter starting; my joints are not happy. any suggestions from reddit?

I've had them before for multiple surgeries when I was younger and I always abused them. it's just a limit I know I need to put on myself.

my brain fog has been the worst symptom this whole time. I try to stay gluten free at least, but my social security income didnt account for any costs for groceries since I said I split the bill with my boyfriend. (monthly Bill's plus extra expenses like groceries are about 800-900 including specialty diet for me, I get 600.) thank God for back pay. I've tried to change it, but they say that i dont get anymore, and this amount is accurate.

I did for about a month or two, I won a little bottle at a thing. I didnt really notice a difference, but I just took it under the tongue, I've heard vaping is better.
