Hey! So I had made a post (https://www.reddit.com/r/lupus/s/R3e3V8HUFY ) about urinary tract pains and I have been tracking symptoms through an app but don’t like how this one doesn’t visualize the frequency of my pain. How do yall track reoccurring symptoms? I’m doing this due to an upcoming urogynecology appointment. I decided to write it down instead of relying on the app so this picture attached is what I have so far.
