Extreme fatigue
Post Body

Before I was diagnosed with lupus I was told I have chronic fatigue syndrome. I have nearly debilitating fatigue sometimes and get PEM. My minimum hours of sleep a day is 12 hours. It can be 21 hours sometimes. I still wake up with brain fof andI can barely function. Is this level of fatigue normal with lupus? Or do I have something else with it?
