Having adventures as a spoonie
Post Body

So... I enjoy hiking. I don't go often because the weather needs to be both nice and still a little cool and thats a small window...I went this Sunday, on a mountain in knew was fairly easy then ended up staying in bed/sleeping off and on till 4pm monday. Which also meant not eatting enough...Still feel like im paying for my little adventure.

I probably should've have a bigger breakfast that morning, and reapplied some sunscreen....

But now I'm feeling like this isn't as much of an option for me.

So I'm wondering - what activities are spoonie friendly and "adventurous"? How do I get out of the house and do things and still function at work/adulting the next day.

I don't like the bar/club scene, and options to volunteer/get involved with thr community is limited where I am, specially working full time.
