I’ve watched more than half of all Lupin the 3rd movies/tv serial offerings but I’m still very much a Lupin novice. I’m enjoying the show very much.

I could swear that I’ve heard more different pronunciations of the names of some of the principal characters during my watching experience, both with shows that are dubbed and when I can pick out names from the Japanese sound track for shows that are captioned (I don’t know a single word of Japanese though). I’m just curious about what pronunciations are correct.

Lupin:

Lou-Pon or Lou-Pin

Goeman:

Goman, Go-ee-man, or Go-ay-man

Jigen:

Gee-gen, She-gen or Jay-gen

Pronunciation of Fujiko & Zenigata seems consistent, at least to my ears.
