Suggestions for mens running shorts, gift for hubby

My husband has been running outside now that the weather is nice. He is complaining about his current shorts (some cheap pair I got him at costco) He is having trouble with his phone in is pocket constantly swinging around. I would love to get him a good pair of lulu shorts with the liner that has a phone pocket. He has never had a pair like them....so boys what do you reccomend?
Edit: he also goes to the gym and lifts weights... pairs that are good for running and squat friendly would be great
