Navigation 700 Down Jacket is not that warm enough for Toronoto!!

Bought the jacket recently thinking it would be less bulky than a super puff. Sure the jacket is not as puffy but it's a disappointment for that price is barely a usable jacket for Canadian weather. Too many stitching and you can see no insulation around those and specially around the arms. If you look at reviews they are all mostly incentivised.
