What's after hard? Are the Game developers active still?

Everytime I come across a game like this the game developers always end up shutting down servers eventually. Will this game be the same?
Are they planning to add anything further than hard? Or is that it? Maybe more waves? An unlimited wave mode? Other stuff it seems so basic the way it Is
