In either season 2 or 3, it's revealed that Amenadiel blessed an infertile couple (a task he doesn't normally do) to have a child, and that couple is Chloe's parents. Because she is a child of celestial/heavenly influence, Lucifer's powers don't work on her, much like how Amenadiel's powers don't slow down other celestials. However, that got me thinking. If other hellish or celestial creatures (angels, demons, or whatever else) aren't affected by Amenadiel's powers because of their hellishness/celestialness, and Chloe is immune to Lucifer's powers because she was born with celestial help, how come Amenadiel's powers still slow her down? How come she isn't like others where she can still move? Lucifer had no direct contact with Chloe's parent's before, or take any part in, her birth, so that can't be why. In fact, it was Amenadiel who did it. Thoughts?
