RAGE Plugin Hook isn’t starting the game because I have Script Hook V and Menyoo installed. I need these for vehicle mods.

Are the two compatible? I got my first vehicle add on and was excited but the game doesn’t seem to start at all. Not even the regular version, not just through RAGE. Please help.
