How to build yagi?

Trying to build something reminiscent of this for my 5w baofeng for 2m use. I have found a lot of decent base antennas and I wouldn't mind a yagi on the chimney, but what's something that I can build that will take full advantage of the fact my neighbors can't even see my house.
There are zero financial and spacial constraints to this project. The goal is purely size but must function in some capacity. Is there a way I can build this out of a wall of yagi antenna?
