Post Body

I just found this, actually been on Reddit for a while but never thought to look up low carb ideas. I did this once a few years ago and lost about 20 lbs. Then my gall bladder went to heck and for the life of me I couldn't cut out the carbs without stomach trouble. We'll here I am pat that now with just an occasional bout of trouble, but I went from 225 lbs down to 194lbs since March. 225 was the most I ever weighed. I was at 219 the first time I cut carbs and got all the way down to 185lbs before my issues. I'd like to get into the 180 range which is the upper limit of where I should be for normal weight. I have more energy than ever right now and I'm starting to look way more defined. Getting hard to keep my pants up though as I slowly switch to a different hole in my belt every so often. Seems like I'm stalled at around 194-195 now though. I eat a no carb breakfast, about half the time a no carb lunch and then I eat what I want for supper although I'm normally not as hungry as in the past since I'm not filling up with carbs earlier in the day so I don't eat as much with my carb meal. I limit myself to one or two snacks a week.
