The French's Tradition of Eating Vegetables First

Post Body

So my parents always overbuy food and force me to eat everything.

Some YouTube videos by a French biochemist recommended eating vegetables before consuming sugar/grains. Her research indicated that glucose levels spiked less when following her culture's eating habit.

The French eat a lot of bread, so I think I could juggle both my parents' demands and my desires!

Summary: Eating carbs probably is fine if vegetables were eaten before them.
