Post Body

I'm am a 55 year old woman and have lost 40 pounds but need to lose about 80 more. I have seen a lot about needing to eat 1 gram of protein per day for each pound of your goal weight. I calculated mine and im probably getting half that. Im starting to swim and weight train. I want to increase my protein to an appropriate level. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations of good sources of protein as well as inexpensive options. Unfortunately I don't eat seafood other than canned tuna, but love that as well as eggs, beef and chicken. Not opposed to protein powder.

Thanks for any suggestions!
