I have a Max 2 that I've had for a little bit now and it seems like my sync function isn't working. Has anyone else had this issue?

●Controls work fine ●One-way control works if I'm controlling ●Being controlled works just fine ●I'm unsure if sync-controlled works (as in my toy is mimicking another user) ●Patterns and Haptics work fine

It's has happened the past couple times I've tried syncing with someone, which has been a bit frustrating.

If anyone has any advice, or just willing to help me troubleshoot the issue, I'd be rather grateful.
