Ok, so I am about 4 months into owning my Lush 3, and I just noticed that they implemented a prize wheel on the app. But idk how to use it for rewards? I see the Nora (which I desperately want) but idk how this works? It said they would email me within 24 hours of the prize but I got nothing?
I feel so dumb. Please be kind to me 🥲 help a girly out!
