What happened to tophy app?

Hi has anyone who use the tophy app noticed a change ? I went on there a few days ago and the vibe park has changed now its just discover like they merged them both together and there is a chance to voice chat which a load of profiles they show are robots you can tell because they answer to something you hadn't asked. I can see where they are going with it eventually it's going to be a payed to play app clearly otherwise they wouldn't of introduced the tokens.
