Please share what has worked for you to go no contact. I feel like I’m good for a while but then think I can open a door for communication and the cycle starts again. I’ve realized that this person continually pushes the boundaries of what is acceptable. Just when I think it can’t get worse, it does. He cheated on me in July with 5 prostitutes and two other random hookups and was chatting and looking at porn the whole time. The most hurtful is he reached out to a past partner he cared about. All the while acted normal and we were actively having sex. I feel like most people would just run. But he tells me how he’s trying to change and loves me etc etc. I need him out of my life. How? White knuckle no contact?
