Looking for small but active kin

Any good register of kins? Iām on Arkenstone and Iām a fan of soling (have been up to lvl 100) but Iām ready for a more intimate experience (keep your barrow blades in your pants) with a smaller, more active kin. A Home For Misfits was great but 1300 player kins are basically a glorified wiki for lotro advice (which was great). You know what I mean? Any advice?
