1 Month Premium questions

I am new but I have played a lot of MMOs (mainly Star Trek Online)

I have heard from a player that 1 month VIP gives you a lot of benefits like character slots gold cap removal etc.

But once you go off your 1 month VIp and go to a premium account how many of those benefits do you get to keep preminatley?

And also I ahve made two characters 1 I am playing and other 1 Will use to play with a friend. If I get 1 month premium will those accounts be VIP too? So they will get extra inv slots and gold capped and other accounts on different servers too i make will get these benefits while my premium time is active?
