Questions for Brawler vs Captain

So I was keen on maining these two classes, and wanted some insight on some stuff:
1) Which class has more end game utility and benefits for group play? Does one shine better than the other for DPS for dungeons/raiding? And for tanking too?
2) Which has better DPS overall on Red line?
3) Which offers a better and more unique fun factor for gameplay in PvE and open world story (landscape stuff)?
4) Which one is slower and more annoying to learn overall?
