So I was planning to use a 140 valar boost on a character but upon reading a wiki link it says “Before using the boost, visit the following stable masters at these starting areas”:
Thorin's Gate in Ered Luin [15.0S, 103.6W]
Celondim in Ered Luin [28.1S, 92.4W]
Michel Delving in the Shire [34.2S, 75.5W]
West Gate in Bree [29.5S, 52.7W]
South Gate in Bree [31.9S, 50.4W]
Is this advice still recommended to follow prior to using a boost? Or should I just ignore it? Would this process mean that I am essentially not going to be using the boost till much later in the game then?
