best reward track advancement?

So world chat has different thoughts about what is a quick way to advance the reward track
to get it done,from what instances give more to which missions work better.
just curious what the reddit thoughts are on this subject,I ran a couple through the return
to carn dum and got to 8 on the track the first day. (solo runs 2 characters.)
