I did. You're supposed to stab the dough so you don't get bubbles and there was a huge bubble on this one and it touched the upper heating element and burnt it. The finished pizza is an example of a previous one. On this one I had to cut out the center like a pizza donut lol
So for context I make pizzas in a home oven called the Piezano, the reason why there is no cheese is that I prebake for 2min to prevent the cheese from burning during the remaining cook time and letting the crust brown a little more
The end result is really good!

You're being downvoted but you're mostly right, I'm prebaking without the cheese
Though its actually a 4min total bake, the granite stone gets upwards of 800°
