Everywhere I look in this subreddit I see people saying to not get the digital version of the movies because streaming is never as high quality as the Blu-ray versions. However, I am not looking to stream anything. I just want an unhindered, full 4k and no sacrifices, complete download that I can keep on a storage device for the rest of my life of all of the hobbit and lotr movies. Is the only way to get that to pirate all of the movies files? I have absolutely 0 issue with giving any and all of my money to the creators of this universe but I do not want physical copies and I do not want to lose quality by streaming. Any help?
