Long story short, I run new subreddit about great turn based tactical games series r/Nectaris (Japan) or Military Madness (USA). And I found every game available in web (there are around 10-12 games on total) except for these 2 games mentioned in title.
Need to mention I already tried searching in all relevant subs and sites about such games, found nothing. All I got that the game on cellphones was published and distributed on such phones (Updated) i-Mode (NTT / DoCoMo) 2003, AU / KDDI 2003, Vodafone 2004 and Verizon (~2006).
