"It was worth it."
I'm in the 1340 wasteland and I think I'm done. I hear the complaining about the grind (which I'm now experiencing firsthand), but what I never hear is people telling me to tough it out, and that it's worth it in the end.
In FFXIV, people often get stuck in the 2.0 content because it's lengthy and detailed. People will tell you to stick with it because what comes beyond is worth enduring whatever moments of dullness you experience. The first season of Parks & Recreation is cringey and bad, but it's worth surviving. Nobody regrets the trek through it.
So what about Lost Ark? Was the grind worth it? Is there a worthy reward at the end of all the annoyance of failing hone after hone?
