Disconnected mid dungeon- account already logged in and I’m locked out.

I was just disconnected mid dungeon and I’m receiving an error message that says this account is already logged in and it’s restricted for 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, got in, then got a server disconnect message along with the same “this account already logged in” message.
A friend that lives 10 minutes away messages me and asked if I got kicked out. He also got kicked out with the same message.
Anyone else seeing this? Restarting the entire PC did nothing to fix it.
