Good morning guys,

While there has been quite a lot of emotion recently regarding the silence and decisions made by AGS/SMG, i honestly believe this is more so from Amazon rather than smilegate.

I can't help but be extremely confused with the actions from AGS. After the failure of the New World, it almost was a blessing in disguise. It provided AGS with genuine feedback and what to expect to avoid a similar outcome,

SMG handed AMG an entire, complete pizza, and Amazon has provided us with two slices and seems to be "releasing" more pieces every few months for engagement boost, any business that is releasing a product would have a forecast of what to expect, how haven't they provided a roadmap?

I work for a relatively large company (no where near the scale of Amazon) and am just stunned that nothing has been addressed. They would ultimately be aware of what is being discussed and know what happened in a new world. How could they be so out of touch that we are seeing similar things happen with Lost Ark, random bans, silencing people when speaking up, gatekeeping content, unfriendly player practices, etc.?

Lost Ark is a fantastic game, and I love it. I'm hoping everything can be addressed before it's too late.

So many people are passionate about this game, lets try to respectfully communicate to whoever is responsible to try to get answers.
