105 Corrupted Files. Have tried every fix i could find

Im on a laptop and no matter what I do in terms of the fixes Ive found online as well as reinstalling I keep getting the 105 error, coming here in the hopes that I can maybe get some help
-I have done the Repair tool in game
-Setting to -fullscreen in game
-Repaired Easyanti Cheat
-Disablled all Overlay and virus protection
