Killing MiB (S6 E12 Spoilers)

We know that the only way you can kill MiB (or Jacob) is to strike him before he has a chance to say anything (i.e. when Sayid is sent to kill MiB and Richard to Jacob). Is there anyone who hasn't been spoken to by MiB yet? I thought Jack was the last one and I really hoped he didn't appear with Hurley last night but he was definitely there and MiB greeted him.
Do we have any indication of how to get rid of MiB outside of this clause? Thoughts?
