Post Body

I used to work at a retail store (will remained unnamed since I now have bad relations with the company) and was just the muscle for the store. All I did was stock the shelves and send items to it's department. One day as I'm making my trash rounds, I spot someone who has stolen many times from said store, and i instantly recognized him. He was eyeballing some nail guns for whatever reason, they were like 40-60 bucks I think. I ask him in my nice customer service voice if I can help him find anything or answer any questions, and he quickly and nervously says "nope, just looking while the wife is shopping" and at that point I was 100% sure that he was planning to lift, since him and his wife have been spotted on our cameras lifting together. I tell him to have a nice day and look to find his wife. I found her looking at some coolers and I decide not to approach her. I see her grab the biggest cooler that was in stock, and made her way back to the husband. I sneak around and see them open the cooler, put three boxes of said nail guns inside and shut the cooler and head towards the register. Luckily for me, the restrooms were next to the registers so I could non suspiciously follow them. As they got to the checkout line you could literally see them start to sweat as the lines were pretty long. Me, being a lowly employee that is only around to move heavy shit, I let the front end manager know that I witnessed some repeat lifters try to conceal what I believed they intent to steal. We checked the cameras as quick as possible and while we did were away, they already paid for the cooler and we're out the door. I immediately dial 911 while the manager spots their vehicle outside and reads me off the license plate which I relay to the operator I'm speaking with. I went home 15 mins later, and on my way home I see the two morons handcuffed and being put inside the officers car. I bought myself a nice cup of coffee and slept well that night.
