I have an eating disorder, I've been eating 1000kcals per day for about a year. I had some episodes were I binge ate and gained a few kilograms (and then I lost them), but not recently even though I've gained 2kgs. A friend told me it's because my body started storing fat and I should start eating at least 1500kcals per day, at first I'll gain weight to re-build what is destroyed, but eventually I'll be losing weight. But based on my binging episodes I worry, wouldn't that just make me keep gaining weight since my body got used to 1000kccals?
