I've bee losing weight for about almost a year and half now and in 27 pounds down. I've noticed I have a tendency to after I weigh myself and notice I'm down pounds, I will want to binge and wat all the sugar and stuff. I've noticed it now, since I just hot my lowest in almost 3 years and I've been craving nothing but sugar after sugar after sugar. I have no idea how to stop those feelings and thoughts from happening or even how to quiet or subdue them. I feel like I will start something it'll work then I'll lose the weight and never do it again. The only thing that has stuck for me so far has been calorie counting and just writing down what I eat.
Its been an on and off trend that's happened for years to this day and I'm just stuck since that's my only main hurdle trying to keep up with the weight loss and keep on losing.
