So I don't really have anyone I can share this with, but recently I've been trying to eat more to my body type and dna. It's only been 3 days and I've been feeling really good so far. I've managed to stay within a deficit, I think eating more whole foods has helped a ton with that. I've been trying to slowly incorporate the mediterranean way of eating so I can fully see the results. I've not had strong cravings for sweets or sugar, which is amazing cause once I have something sweet I always need to eat more after. I've cut back on my coke zero since I've noticed I get hungry after drinking it. I don't know if I'm losing weight but I feel good and satiated for the most part.
