New approach to weight loss?
Post Body

Hey narwhals,

Ive posted about this before but ive been in a plateau for 2ish months now. Its been more recently but ive been better with my calories and ive been eating more up to what i feel full but not overdoing it. However ive decided to try a different approach along woth cico. And that would be eating primarily whole foods and getting good nutrients. So trying to "repair" my body before i do any major weight loss. And maybe with that the weight loss will come. Since i just feel like my body is crying for help amd i haven't done much for it. I recently bought fish oil, beef liver and bone marrow capsules. So those will be my first vitamins to try.
