Help deciding if this recipe is healthy? Spicy vegan chilli.

I love to cook and eat this spicy vegan chilli, but I'm worried it has a lot more calories/carbs than I think. Ill list the ingredients and process if y'all can help calm my nerves about eating a big bowl of it just now :D

  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed thoroughly)
  • 1 can red kidney beans (drain/rinsed)
  • 1 can low sodium diced tomatoes (drained rinsed)
  • 1 tiny can tomato paste
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • As much garlic as humanly possible.
  • Water, a fair amount of it.
  • Bunches of chilli powder, crap tons cayenne powder, some curry powder, a little cumin and black pepper.
  • NO added sodium, oils or thickening agents.

I put all dat shit in the crock pot for an hour or so and sometimes add extra cayenne or habanero sauce :D

So, this isn't terribly bad, is it? Mostly veggies and water and spices, with a little beans and water. It tastes like spicy heaven.
