Every other month I get down about myself and my weight once again and try to eat healthy, only to either not eat at all or only eat fruit and veggies, hate it, and then binge eat after 3 weeks. I am a 26 year old male, 5β9β and pushing 200. I go to the gym regularly and am active but I eat like shit all the time.
Could someone please just tell me what to eat for breakfast and lunch everyday that isnβt just celery and good for me? I will follow it but every time I look on a website itβs either an ad for one thing or guidance, and I need to just be told. ππ. TIA
