Goals achieved. 2 year long solo journey... 187lb to 132lb
Post Body

THE BEFORE AND AFTER (shirtless, censored genitals, no explicit nudity)

Ive been in the 130s and 140s my entire life with varying amounts of lean muscle. Swimmer/biker/adventurer body. A bunch of stuff happened and I stopped counting calories for a few years and gained about 50lbs which honestly looked fine I think, but I was tired of feeling so "heavy" when I started doing the things I love again.

I pretty much just held myself to a certain calorie intake and made better nutritional choices. First year was rough, very hard to stay operating in a caloric deficit. Hungry all the time, learning nutritional demnads and how to meet them, that sorta stuff. Eventually the sugar and fried food cravings died off after about 11 or 12 months and I was able to maintain a deficit for months at a time without a lack of nutrition, variety, or impact to my day to day energy levels.

I don't want to lose anymore but I find myself just not eating a shit load so I figure this is now a natural weight unless I get addicted to shit food again and start overeating a bunch.

Future goals are just working out to build more lean useful/functional muscle mass and continuing to do the activities I love.

🤙
