Just my own experience! But I just moved in with a friend who has all of these fitness games for oculus (and tbh most of the games there that AREN’T fitness-specific have you moving and doing some kind of physical activity).
I had also thought I might try an oculus but thought it might not be something I enjoy, but wow - there are so many options and guided workouts that truly make exercising into a video game.
It might not be a full substitute for a robust work out plan or a real trainer, but if you’re video-game oriented and enjoy guitar hero-like games, there are a ton of boxing Fitness games among others.
I’m curious peoples thoughts or experiences with oculus for long term serious physical activity though!
