Losing Weight and getting healthy - but losing on social skills too
Post Body

Hi All,

M here, age 28, I was 207 lbs around 100 days back, and now at 174-175 pounds as of today. I have been following a calorie deficit and gymming regularly, I take long walks to be active, sleep on time, cook meals at home and don't eat out much (very rare), and quit bad habits like smoking marijuana, cigarettes, and alcohol (again very rare). Since this a personal journey not everyone is supportive near you.
I have enjoyed this far and feel happy to continue further but I think my social skills are dying as I proceed. Since I work from home, I don't have to go to the office as such. And If you hang out regularly to drink and eat I fear the old habits will return and so will old me.
This hasn't let me down yet but feels like it might do. Has anyone found themselves in the same type of situation
