Been stagnant progress wise in September. Had a week vacation and didn’t eat bad but didn’t exercise much if any. Then had some passings in the family that affected me. Checked scale today to see I’m at 219 lbs meaning I went up from 217 lbs a few weeks ago. Would like to get to 190 lbs by 2030.
Overall doing okay. 237 lbs to where I’m at now isn’t the worst but I know I gotta be more proactive. More water, cleaner calories, more calories out than in. 31/m 5’10” for reference .
