I made it through my first week on the Lose it app.
I'm down 5 lbs over all, much of which is probably water weight, so I'll wait to see how well I can keep it off.
I messed up one day, when I came in a whopping 1152 calories under due to the massive calories burned doing yard work for 3 hours. Two days later, I had a big binge of 800 over, cause I felt tired, sore, and grouchy until I ate something.
Any one have a good high protein high calorie food they can recommend for days when you are under but not really hungry?
