I let myself go during the pandemic. Iโm a 5โ10โ 31/M who most recently weighed in at 228 after a gout flare. I was 240 at my highest weight maybe July 2022. March 2020, I weighed 200-210 with maybe 25% body fat or less. Not sure.
Anyways, I know weight loss will help me and I was working out before the gout flare up but sometimes losing weight causes flare ups too. The irony. Anyways, Iโm focused on the long term goal of getting to a healthy weight.
The journey feels hard. Iโm not getting any younger. I need to get my shit together and health wise especially.
What helped people here push through to the other side of losing it where youโre healthy and feeling better and looking better, right?
