Just a little background, ever since my vegetarian days back in high school (6 years ago) I've been really keen on veggies and fruits and beans. Ill occasionally have fish or dairy, and before this last month I indulged in carbs and cheeses regularly, but otherwise my diet has been fiber filled for years, which has in turn given me an in credibly regular and happy digestivr systrm :) Since I've decided to leave carbs and most dairy in the dust however, my fiber intake has probably doubled while my super awesome digestive system has seemed to slow to almost a stop. Am I over doing the fiber? Will drinking more water remedy my situation? I love veggies, especially fresh crunchy ones and other than an upset tummy, some cramping and constipation they've done wonders for my body. What should I do?
Update so I bought some kefir probiotic and have made sure to super hydrate since I posted this. I also took a low-dose laxative before bed, which worked a little too well this morning and still is :/ this would be fine if a really attractive guy I just met hadn't invited me to a kiddie pool party tonight. Aheh...
